 We live on the side of a
mountain just outside the fishing village of Luperon with an ocean view on the northern coast of
the Dominican Republic. Less then 2 hours from Miami, Fl USA.
We live in a family
environment of 6 to 10 people who want to live full healthy lives in a quaint little town full of boaters like Key West was 50
years ago. Hemingway would have liked this place.
The house: 9 bedroom 9 ½
baths, with pool nestled on the side of a hill 250’ above sea level with
great views, no noise and sea breezes.
We eat healthy natural
foods to maintain our health! We have supplements (vitamins, minerals, and hormones) to
ensure we're
getting what we need. I get the latest information from many sources
(Life Extension, Dr Roland, and others) on what’s healthy and how to
ensure you stay healthy. DR Medical facilities are 1/10 the cost of the
US facilities.
We live full healthy lives!
We live stress free lives. We are relaxed.
I have friends that live here in the DR primitively. They
don’t have running water inside, electricity is on only half the day. They
are expatriates in their 70’s and they live full happy lives content
with themselves and their mate (only source of income is their social
security checks). Sound strange and different?
We are
happy living on a hill overlooking the ocean, thanking God for all that
he has given us. We cherish our bodies and put the nutrients
needed to grow old, exercise, walking to the beach and develop a spirituality. All of this
is done inside ourselves. We don’t need
an act of congress, a letter from your teacher. All we need is to slow
down and take care of ourselves. This won’t happen over night, but
learning to ride a bike takes time. To learn to be innocent, honest,
trust worthy and a friend to ourselves first and then others. We don’t
have to please others, we need to learn to like ourselves and take care
of our needs then we can serve others and only then. We need to enjoy
our futures not to fear it, or worry and fret.
